[2.0] How to Set up For Electronic Claims Submission in TherapyAppointment: Creating an Account with Office Ally

STEP 1. Go to Office Ally's Website: 
https://cms.officeally.com/Pages/Products/Clearinghouse.aspx
and click 'Enroll Today. Complete the online enrollment form, paying attention to the examples listed below and using them as your guide.

STEP 2. Complete the attached authorization sheet and fax to 360-314-2184. For questions, please contact Office Ally at (360) 975-7000 opt.3

STEP 3: Complete Office Ally's Customer Authorization Recurring Auto Payment Form and fax to: 360-953-8427. Allow Office Ally 3 Business Days to create your account and send the connection information to TherapyAppointment.


STEP 4:  Determine if Any of the Insurance Payers you will be submitting claims to requires a Payer Enrollment Form to be Completed by going to OfficeAlly.com / Resource Center / PAYER EDI Enrollment Forms
 
  • Look Under ''All or Multiple States Payer Enrollment Forms and Click on Any Payers you will be submitting claims to in order to reveal the form requirements. Follow the steps carefully, and call Office Ally if you have any questions. 
  • Click on your State Name and click on any listed payers you will be submitting claims to in order to reveal the form requirements. 
  • While you are waiting for the insurance to process your enrollment for electronic claims acceptance with Office Ally, you may use your TherapyAppointment account to create the claims. Just be sure to hold claims for these companies in your 'queue' until you have confirmation. 
STEP 5: Take advantage of our FREE EOB Auto-Posting! TherapyAppointment Can receive most insurance company Explanation of Benefits reports as an 835 File and automatically update your patient and income accounting accordingly. You can set up this feature at any time by going to www.officeally.com / Resource Center / Payer ERA Enrollment Forms and clicking on the insurance company name, then following the directions on the form.
