[Legacy] Adding an Intern and Setting Up a Supervisor Account

Since we have no special designation for an intern account, your intern will need a regular therapist account, and you may need a supervisor account to access their work.

To set-up a new therapist account, log into your account, click 'More' > 'Preferences' > 'Practice group membership and privileges' > 'Add Therapist Acct.'.

You will then need to create an admin account for yourself, which will be converted to a supervisor. To add the admin account, click 'More' > 'Preferences' > 'Practice group membership and privileges' > 'Manage Admin Accts.'.

Once you have created the admin account for yourself, please sign and return the attached Accept Liability form via scan/e-mail or fax (855-336-7187). Upon receiving this form, we will convert your admin account to a supervisor.

Lastly, your supervisee will need to allow you access to their work by logging into their therapist account, clicking 'More' > 'Preferences' > 'System Preferences' > selecting 'Yes' to the setting 'Allow a therapy supervisor to view/edit my notes?'.
