[Legacy] Group Name is not Populating on Statements

In order for the Group name to show in the 'Make Check Payable to:" field of the Patient Statements, the group information has to be entered in the Practice Group section of the clinician's Preferences screen. 

In this case, the reason the Group info isn't populating on the statements is because the information currently entered in that section is not complete. Here's the fix:

Press the [More] button
Press the [Preferences] button
Click on the [Practice Group preferences] tab
Enter information in the Practice Group Name Fields, including the Practice Group CITY, STATE, and 9 digit ZIP code.

Save your changes.
