Repeated Log-ins Asked For
If the system suddenly asks you to log in again (when you hadn't logged out), there are several possible problems:
- Is it possible that you have an admin or bookkeeper that also uses your account? When they log in, this will log you out. The solution is to set them up with their own Admin account (these are free). An admin can be logged in simultaneiously with a therapist. Click "More..." and then "Preferences" and then look for instructions on setting up an Admin account.
- Have you set your browser's security settings to prevent "cookies" from being stored on your computer? In FireFox (our supported browser), press the "ALT" and "T" keys simultaneously. Next, click on "Options" then "Privacy" and for the choice "History: FireFox will..." select "Remember History." That is the easiest way to ensure that cookies are handled appropriately for our system.
- Do you keep the system running overnight? The system will ask you to log in again if it has been more than 24 hours since your last log-in, to ensure your identity.
