[Legacy] Reminder Formats - Review of Sample Scripts

There is no charge for patient reminders in TherapyAppointment. Clients will set up for reminders when they register online via your patient portal, or you can set it up for the client via the 'edit info' button on the client information page. 

The reminder message cannot be customized at this time, as HPAA is very specific about the information allowed in a reminder. 

Here is a look at what reminders look like/sound like:

Phone Message:

 "Hello, this is an automated appointment reminder. Bianca has an appointment with Dr. Doe on Tuesday July 16th 9:30 AM/  Please call (your office number) if you want to discuss this appointment. Once again the appointment with Dr. Doe is at 9:30 AM on Tuesday. Thank you."
