If a licensed practitioner is joining your group, you can add them to the group in one of two ways:
- If you will be paying for their account and want to be able to manage their account privileges, it is easy: just click "More..." then "Preferences" and look near the bottom of the page where it says: Account Management or Practice group membership and privileges. Click. You will be able to set up the account instantly; we'll be in touch to discuss the changes to your fees associated with the additional account.
- If they will be paying for the account themselves, have them go through the usual signup process, starting at www.therapyappointment.com and clicking on "Contact/Signup." There is one important note: HAVE THEM SELECT THE SAME SECONDARY PASSWORD THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING. If you don't do this, the system won't recognize them as being a part of your group. Write a technical support ticket to notify us of the addition to your group so that we can give everyone in the group the appropriate discounts for a multiple practitioner account. You will find the area to create a ticket by visiting our website support page and clicking on 'tech support'.
