Automatically Email your First-Session Paperwork to Clients

TherapyAppointment can automatically email your 'packet' of information to your clients either when they register themselves online via the patient portal or you enter them as a new client in the system and indicate the email address at the time you enter their first and last name. 

The client will receive an email from your email address which contains an attachment and also says:

"Please complete these forms according to the enclosed instructions and bring them with you to your first appointment."

In order to take advantage of this feature, provide us your paperwork by emailing our support staff as one complete PDF file attachment .

  • Privacy Rules
  • Additional Demographic info not asked for on the current patient registration screen
  • Permission to keep credit card on file
